Students who review all of the written material and listen to all of the audio CDs can email Don and our staff with their real estate investing questions. If students want Don to help evaluate a potential deal, students can submit the Easy Offer Maker (Don’s exclusive software that evaluates the acquisition, repair, marketing, and holding costs to determine if the deal works) and the “20 Questions” from the seller.
